IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Your security is extremely important to us. Hence, we have installed the most secure methods available to protect your data. The server that hosts our shopping cart uses 128-bit encryption to encode all sensitive customer and or- der data before it is transmitted to us. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to create a secure connection between your computer and our server. In addition, we do not share the information you provide us with anyone outside of our company, nor is it shared unnecessarily within our company. WHAT ABOUT SALES TAX?
Since the State of Oregon does not levy a sales tax, you do not pay a sales tax on products you order from Pacific Northwest Publishing. Kentucky Residents please note: Materials purchased with a Certificate of Tax Exemption MUST be ordered by phone, fax, or mail. WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Standard US shipping and handling fees are 7% of your order, with a minimum of $5. We ship UPS Ground and will, therefore, require a street address. If you wish to expedite shipping, please call us for additional charges (1-866- 542-1490). Back to Top
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
In general, you will receive your materials within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. We strive to short- en this time, but occasionally, it may take a bit longer. Back to Top
